Early this spring I photographed a local business based out of Hamburg, NY & East Aurora, NY. Prima Oliva has a wonderful selection of Olive Oils and Vinegars. If you haven't checked out their store you really should. Their selections of olive oils & vinegars is amazing. You can go around and taste test before you make your purchase. I never knew oil & vinegar could be so good!!
